Welded Assemblies:
- Carousel welding
- MIG/TIG welding
- Multi-axis robotic welding
- Spot welding
- Laser Welding

Resistence Welding - produces coalescence at the surface in one spot by the heat obtained from resistance to electric current through the parts held together under pressure by electrodes. We have several resistance welders that were designed and built by us.
MIG Welding - Gas Metal Arc Welding is frequently referred to as MIG welding. An effective high production weld option for long welds in any position or orientation. Die-Matic has the capability to MIG weld both semiautomatically or automatically. Suitable for welding stainless steel, aluminum and steel.
TIG Welding - Gas Tungsten Arc Welding is frequently referred to as TIG welding. Currently used on high quality, precision welding requirements.
Weld Testing Includes:
- Destructive
- Pull Test
- Push Out
- X-Ray
- Cut and Etch
Non-Welded assemblies include:
- Insertion of Fasteners
- Insertion of Grommets
- TOX and Tog-L-Loc Metal Clinching
- Hose Clamps
- Metal to Metal Clinching
- Light Assembly
Swaging and Staking - Economical way of connecting two or more parts permanently.
Stamping and Assembly in one operation - Economical way of assembling fasteners, studs, clinch nuts and bolts by feeding the part into the stamping operation and orienting in the precise location for a permanent assembly.
Riveting - effective way of joining metals, unlike metals or metal to non-metallics.
